War Room - Overview
The Winter Planning 'War Room' is a space where key people get together to solve a difficult problem.
Winter Planning's 2022 Pre-season event will be held in sunny Melbourne, FL at the Hotel Melby. Our program will include discussion of the impending war and economic conditions that will possibly impact our businesses. We will also be participating in a 'Lessons Learned' sessions to discuss previous seasons. An open topic discussion will also take place within the program covering subjects such as Liquid Deicing Primer, Reducing Labor with equipment, Dedicated Sidewalk Crews etc...

The Landing
There will be cocktails at The Landing (Time allowing) and a No Host dinner following the event on 9/17 if you are so inclined.
